Latex mattresses do not necessarily have an advantage over memory foam mattresses either. While they can provide excellent support and have greater elasticity than memory foam mattresses do, the have added elasticity that can give them a springy feel as opposed to the firmer feel of memory foam mattresses. They work well on twin or full beds, trundle beds or any bed with a footboard.
